Maintenance Turnaround Inspection Scheduled or Unscheduled
PetroSpect’s high standard of performance in turnaround work is a matter of record. Over 80% of our revenue each year comes from repeat business. Our inspectors are experienced, and well respected in the industry. New Facility Construction:
PetroSpect provides quality assurance and quality control inspectors, “you get what you expect, only when you inspect,” from fabrication, receiving, installation, and testing of purchased equipment we will make sure that the services, materials, and equipment meet your specifications and guidelines.
Vendor Surveillance:
The surveillance of manufacturing and fabrication activities of purchased items will greatly influence the quality and suitability of the final products. Prior to the start of the manufacturing and fabrication process the level of surveillance should be established. Continuous or periodic surveillance is determined by the items technical complexity, criticality of service of the item, vendor’s history, and our customers own requirements. PetroSpect has resident inspectors to provide service in most of the popular industrial cities/sates including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, California, Mississippi and Illinois.
On-Stream Mechanical Integrity Programs:
Process Safety Management programs have been implemented at almost every site in the USA, if not, then you may want to start now to insure compliance. PetroSpect has implemented several corrosion monitoring software’s at various facilities which include Ultra-Pipe, PCMS, Meridian and Pipe-Plus. Once P&ID’s have been verified to be correct and updated a simple classification of API-570 systems can then be circuitized and systemized to fit your facility. Once data has been collected and entered into your preferred software, monitoring will then begin. The key to any PSM program is to collect accurate data, enter it correctly and maintain consistency; with these steps covered you will then be on track for maintaining a safe and reliable facility.
