About Petrospect Inspection Services, Inc.
PetroSpect Inspection is a Texas Corporation Established by Mr. Thomas A. Elkins in 1989. PetroSpect is a progressive engineering support service organization with a strong emphasis on inspection and testing as related to the worldwide refining and petrochemical industries. Since 1989 the company has expanded its client base and services menu internationally. The company now employs more than 90 full time personnel.
Our Vision is to provide our customers with the cost effective, high quality, value added services that will only be realized through continued commitment to safety, skills training and proficiency, experience, and cooperation. We develop relationships with customers that mutually share and appreciate our vision and are partners in our endeavors and not simply a source of temporary revenue.
