Introduction:  PetroSpect Inspection is a Texas Corporation Established by Mr. Thomas A. Elkins in 1989.  PetroSpect is a progressive engineering support service organization with a strong emphasis on inspection and testing as related to the worldwide refining and petrochemical industries.  Since 1989 the company has expanded its client base and services menu internationally. The company now employs more than 90 full time personnel.
